Bringing together researchers, engineers, industry professionals and acoustics specialists, Inter-Noise 2026 provided an excellent opportunity to explore the latest developments in noise and vibration control while discussing the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. This year's theme, “From the outback to the ocean,” captured the diverse environments and applications where noise and vibration challenges need to be addressed.
Pyrotek was proud to be a Bronze Sponsor of Inter-Noise 2026, supporting both Inter-Noise and the Australian Acoustical Society (AAS). One of the highlights of the congress was the breadth of knowledge and perspectives shared throughout the program. With insightful keynote and plenary addresses from leading researchers, and opportunities for discussion and collaboration, there was plenty for the attendees to take away from the week.
Pyrotek was represented at Inter-Noise 2026 by Business Development Manager Alexander Rasa from our Sydney team, along with Melbourne based Technical Manager Michael Kierzkowski and our newest Sales Engineer, Kamahl Mashni.
Our stand featured a broad range of Pyrotek products and acoustic and thermal solutions designed to address noise and vibration challenges across diverse applications, including transport, commercial and residential buildings, marine, industrial, and oil and gas.
Throughout the event, our teams hared insights from successful tunnel and infrastructure projects, including our work supporting projects such as the Sydney Metro. We also discussed emerging opportunities and challenges in the rapidly evolving technology sector. With the continued growth of data centres and other critical infrastructure, effective noise-control solutions are becoming increasingly important, creating new opportunities for innovation and the application of acoustic technologies.
Having our products on display provided visitors the opportunity to see and discuss the materials and technologies behind effective noise-control solutions, while our team could demonstrated how different products and approaches can be tailored to the specific requirements of a project.
We look forward to continuing the conversations and applying the insights from the event to the projects and opportunities ahead. If you missed us at Inter-Noise and would like to discuss how Pyrotek can support your next project, get in touch today
