Soundlag^®

The Soundlag product range can reduce waste pipe noise by up to 25 dB(A). It was the first pipe wrap developed into an installation system to meet Australian Building Code’s RW 45.

Soundlag is the most cost effective, long lasting and easy to install method of meeting building regulations. With just three steps: cut to size, wrap it around, and tape it on, you’ll find installation quick and easy.

When controlling noise from pipes, the product used must contain a heavy mass-loaded barrier, which acts to stop noise, deflecting it back into the noise source.

A layer of acoustic foam separates the barrier from the noise source, preventing the barrier from taking on the noise of the pipe.
