Engine Bay

Sorberbarrier™ is a composite product, designed to reduce the transmission of noise from the engine bay to other areas of the boat, and to absorb reflected noise within the engine bay. Available in a range of different foam thicknesses, barrier weights and facing types.

Hull and Transom

Vibradamp^™ is a complete range of products designed to reduce wave slap and noise transmitted by vibration. Soundpaint^® a water-based compound that is easily installed by spraying, can also be used for this application.

Partitions, Bulkheads, Floors and Deckheads

Use Wavebar^® to up-rate walls, partitions, bulkheads or flooring systems. Available in different barrier weights to suit requirements. Subdue^® is a composite of marine grade plywood and with a Wavebar core that can also be use for flooring and bulkhead applications.

Genset, Lazarette and Secondary Machinery Spaces

Existing machinery enclosures can be treated with Sorberbarrier to reduce the transmission of noise to other areas of the boat, and to absorb reflected noise within the enclosure. Available in a range of different foam thicknesses, barrier weights and facing types.

Partial machinery enclosures or enclosures with adequate transmission loss should be lined with Sorberfoam to control the reverberation noise or "echo" within the enclosure.

Fuel Tanks

Vibradamp products reduce vibration or "ringing" of metal panels or structures, such as fuel tanks.

Exhaust Pipe Lagging

Soundune^® reduces noise from cool exhaust pipes, general ducting and HEVAC. Faced with reinforced foil to provide good mechanical strength and fire protection. Available in different barrier weights to suit requirements.
